As a Seattle native, Lauren Hendricks has experienced the development and economic changes the city has encountered, which is why Lauren strongly believes that Seattle is one of the best cities to invest in on the West coast. Lauren's passion for commercial real estate came at an early age when she and her grandfather would discuss his investment properties. Countless conversations and years later, Lauren has experienced how valuable investment real estate can be for both individuals and corporations. It is with this passion, enthusiasm and dedication that Lauren ensures her clients achieve their investment real estate goals.
Lauren Hendricks studied Economics and Communications at Fordham University in NYC and completed her degree at the University of Washington. She is currently pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) and continues to take real estate courses that will benefit her clients.
